Mark Elliott is a Managing Director at National Capital Companies, LLC, where he works in a Business Development and Consulting capacity. 

Mark’s foundation for his role rests securely on his background as a licensed Attorney for more than 30 years. Throughout his tenure as an Attorney, Mark has worked extensively with High Net Worth Business Owners and their entities in all aspects of Business Planning, Estate Planning, High Asset Divorce Property Settlement with a particular focus on the division of closely held business interest, Buy-Sell Agreements between and among business partners/shareholders, other Exit Strategies and the Sale of Businesses.

In addition to his experience as an Attorney, Mark has over a decade of experience in the Ultra High Net Worth Private Client space as a Wealth Management Advisor and Estate Planning Specialist working for the world’s finest Investment Management Firms and Trust Companies including Credit Suisse and Northern Trust. 

 
EDUCATION

Mark’s educational background, beyond law school, includes graduate work at Northwestern University and a Masters degree from the University of Chicago. He is a licensed Attorney in the states of Georgia and Illinois and holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.
