BIO

Mr. Burchette brings over 25 years of high-level experience and contacts across government, politics, and business.  Founder of Prince Street Ventures, a boutique advisory firm, Mr. Burchette is a former equity partner at the international law firm of Holland & Knight in Washington, DC where for more than a decade he represented a $2 billion conglomerate of large electric utilities on a wide variety of legal and regulatory issues.  In addition to general counsel duties, he represented clients on large acquisitions and divestitures included sourcing, deal negotiation, due diligence, agreements, securing regulatory approvals, financing, and closing.  

 

Mr. Burchette has significant experience in government and politics.  A veteran of three presidential campaigns, he worked on military and intelligence issues for former Senator John Warner as Chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee.  He resides in Old Town Alexandria with his wife and three boys, where he serves on the board of two nonprofit organizations in the community.
