Michael Morehouse currently serves as a senior advisor to National Capital Companies. He brings to his position over 33 years of experience in information technology spanning software development and engineering to operations management, executive management and principal ownership.

 

Mr. Morehouse has significant experience in the U.S. Defense, Federal Agency and Intelligence markets. In 1987 Mr. Morehouse cofounded FGM, a software engineering firm that focused on delivering innovative software and IT solutions to the Defense and Intelligence community. Over the next 25 years Mr. Morehouse held numerous leadership positions within FGM including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Business Officer and SVP of Corporate Development and helped FGM grow to over $45M in annual revenue. In his capacity as SVP of Corporate Development Mr. Morehouse led the successful acquisition and integration of Edge Technologies' Intelligence division.

Mr. Morehouse joined National Capital in 2014 and in 2015 co-managed the divestiture of KSH Solutions (Charleston, SC) to ECS Federal.
